i did the last project from negative to positive. I put the negative photo that I had before on top of the the blank photo paper and set the F stop to F11 and i did it for 20 seconds to get enough light to make the black change to white. I did many test strips to make sure the right amount of light was there and that everything changed from black to white. That is how I got my negative to positive.

The First strip was our first test to see how much light got into our coffee camera, we got just the right amount of light which explains the white, the second was black which shows that there is to much light in the camera at the time. The third we did for a shorter amount of time, then the fourth strip we got a little closer annd got some grey and black which showed the negative of the pumpkin and on the last 5x7 we did it for 10 seconds to get the right amount of light and negative.

Today is a good day. I had to start with a test strip of my film, I started all the testing on F11 for 3 seconds. I noticed that there as too much light coming in to the picture. So I decided to change my F stop and I went for F16 which i came up with the next test strip, i got just the right amount of light coming in. I had to try multiple times. To get the big picture I decided to take the the second picture in which would make it for 6 seconds. I went to the 5x7 paper and did another test stip and i liked the way the first end of the picture came out i had it on F16 for 6 seconds, al thought I did like it I wanted a little less  light to come in, so for the final picture I did F16 for 5 seconds. Thats what I did for my work.

I did a test strip of the film strips on the right side of the picture, they are all on F11 for 3 seconds. The pictures were taken inside of the school. I did the test strips for 3 seconds each picture for a total of 15 seconds. On the upper left picture is a test strip of a pictogram of one of the pictures in the film strip. That I also did F11 for 3 seconds to get a total of 15 seconds. The last I did was the full picture on a 4x6 paper of the picture on F11 with no filter for 15 seconds. This was my progress for the project.

In the upper right, was the magazine photogram, it was F11 for 10 secs.  I got the white and grey because the magize was too transparent and there was not enough light which crated the white, and the grey was just enough to make a shadow but there was no balnce between. The second All black one was F11 for 10 seconds but there was too much light exposed to the photo paper, before and as doing the pictogram. The next one PUP  got the grey because there was the right amount of light and layering of the light, and the black was to much negative space but made the picture as a whole balanced. The last one with the trees, was all around perfect, it was F11 for 4seconds, there was the right amount of light, right amount of negative space, and layers between black white and grey.

I did not like this project or anything about it. This is a wonderful picture i couldn't do a background because i got so aggravated and i'll do better next time. I like the colors and how dim the image is. I wish i could change the poloroids around so there are less and not as many.
